Dale Hebert’s Background

Prior to joining First Team, Dale Hebert was a corporate Chief Financial Officer and independent management and financial consultant.

As a graduate of Saint Mary’s College with an Accounting major, Mr. Hebert can appreciate the complexity of today’s real estate transactions and the need for diligent attention to detail and constant follow-up during both the buying and selling processes. Having managed the construction of major industrial developments with complex financing structures, Dale Hebert is now applying this experience and practical know-how to those who he has always preferred to serve – individual Southern California families and investors.

Highlights

  • I left the corporate world in 1998 and joined First Team Real Estate, the largest independently owned real estate broker in California with over 2,000 agents.
  • Named “Rookie of the Year” in 1999 for having the most closed sales of any first-year agent.
  • Moved from Orange County to Riverside County in 2006 to expand my business to include an additional emphasis on the unique needs of Senior buyers and sellers.
  • In 2013 I was the #1 listing agent at First Team Real Estate.
  • Inducted into the coveted annual First Team Hall of Fame 18 times.
  • More than 625 closed sales representing buyers and/or sellers spanning every County in Southern California.
  • Over 250 senior community sales at 17 different developments in Riverside, San Diego and L.A. Counties.
  • Though available to my clients promptly seven days a week, I’ve still managed to retain a ranking within the top 10 tennis players in my age division in Southern California, per the United States Tennis Association.
  • My greatest pride and joy are my three highly successful children, all with post-graduate degrees and seven grandkids, all bright, educated, grounded, and kind.

My goal is to consistently exceed customer expectations through accountability, integrity and innovation. I promise to approach my commitments with honesty and fairness that I hope will result in a pleasingly different home buying or selling experience. – Dale Hebert
