I was selling my home because I was moving out of state. I interviewed other realtors, but Dale came prepared with an enormous packet of information detailing exactly what he would do to sell my house. He is listed on more sites including international sites than other realtors and detailed everything he would do to sell my home including newspapers, internet, showings and how he would have a team of specialists prepare it for showing.

One of the things that Dale did that I feel was above and beyond was that he physically checked on my home nearly every day. I moved out of state so could not check on my house. He made sure that there were no problems with the property such as leaks, vandalism, damage, etc. He noticed a problem with the sprinklers and had them repaired for me, he staged the house to help with selling it, he sent me weekly reports on showings and kept me in the loop at all times. Not many realtors would take the time to go through the house on a near-daily basis to make sure everything was all right. He even turned off the water inside to make sure there would be no problems with leaks inside the house.

In fact, my daughter and son in law are also planning on moving out of state to Nevada which is why I moved and they plan to use Dale as well.

I have just completed my third move. Dale was my Realtor. He is the most honest and smart Realtor I have done business with. He always answers calls or returns calls in a timely manner. Always available for me. He understands the stresses with selling and buying. I highly recommend Dale. He is an asset to the real estate community.
