I’m Dale Hebert, a real estate expert proudly serving Southern California families and investors for over 25 years. After a successful career as a Chief Financial Officer and management consultant, I transitioned into real estate in 1998 — combining my business acumen with a passion for helping individuals navigate one of life’s most important decisions.

In 2006, I expanded my business to focus on the unique needs of buyers and sellers in 55+ communities across Riverside, San Diego, and Los Angeles Counties. With over 250 senior community sales and more than 625 total closed transactions, I offer deep local knowledge, financial insight, and personalized service you can rely on.

But my greatest pride is my family — three wonderful children, seven incredible grandchildren, and the joy of seeing their kindness and accomplishments.
